Currently, Shubhayan Industries, Inc.® serves as the holding and management company for the following entities: Shubhayan IT and Corporate Services, Shubhayan Entertainment, Shubhayan Printing Company, Shubhayan Trading Company, Shubhayan Management, Ma Sharda Sangeet Trust and Pushan Limited.

Shubhayan Industries, Inc.® is now a multi-national organization with its head-quarters in Beverly Hills, California.

Our investments are focused in healthcare and target primarily Internet and other technology-driven business models. Apart from being an investment company and venture capitalist dedicated to building leaders in services industries, we also offer management consultation and strategic financial services in identifying emerging market inefficiencies; developing suitable business plans, and market-based business strategies.
